PHINOM offers liquidity solutions for clients with holdings in either private or publicly traded shares. We cater to clients holding less liquid stocks, concentrated ownership, and those listed on exchanges globally, beyond just the major markets in the UK and US.
PHINOM can also consider private shares where this is a strong secondary market or is on the runway to IPO (<24mths) as well as LP interests in private equity funds.
